Entity Relationships All Scorecards (Private Beta)

We're excited to offer early access to a limited group of customers so we can incorporate feedback and ensure the experience scales well before making it generally available. If you would like to request access, please reach out to your account team.

The new All Scorecards report gives you a consolidated view of performance across multiple Scorecards, so you can quickly see which areas are meeting standards, as well as see areas that need further attention.

What's new

View entity relationships, teams, services, domains, and groups in a hierarchical view and expand/collapse levels to understand org-wide trends and individual entity performance across multiple Scorecards.

  • Roll up scores across entity relationships for multiple Scorecards simultaneously

  • Track aggregated scores across nested hierarchies

  • Navigate entity relationships, teams, domains, and groups in nested views

  • Maintain context with a frozen first column as you scroll

Using the new All Scorecards Report

Navigate to the All Scorecards report from Reports > All Scorecards.

Select Scorecards

By default, the report displays all published Scorecards. To customize which Scorecards appear, click the Scorecards display filter and select or deselect Scorecards from the view. Each selected Scorecard appears as a column in the report.

Your Scorecard selection is saved and will be remembered the next time you access the report.

Apply a grouping

By default, the report shows a flat view. To aggregate scores hierarchically, select Group by and choose your rollup dimension: Domain, Group, Level, Team, Individual: Owner, or Entity Relationships. Once grouped, navigate through the hierarchy by expanding and collapsing levels. Entities without the selected relationship defined appear under an ungrouped category.

Available grouping options depend on your Scorecard and catalog configurations. For example, entity relationships appear as grouping options when their children are entities within at least one Scorecard.

Apply a filter

To narrow down the content in your report, filter your report by Domain, Entity, Entity Type, Group, Level, Team, or Individual: Owner.

Available filter options depend on your Scorecard and your catalog configurations. For example, Domain appears as a filter option when at least one Scorecard contains domains or entities assigned to domains.

  • Domain – Filter by one or more domains. The "Include child domains" toggle (on by default) ensures child domains are included when filtering by a parent domain.

  • Entity – Filter by specific entities. You can currently filter for entities within Scorecards or any direct parent of those entities. Filtering is not yet supported for grandparents or other entities higher up in the hierarchy

  • Entity Type – Filter by entity type (e.g., services, resources, custom entity types)

  • Group – Filter by custom groups

  • Individual: Owner – Filter by entity owners

  • Team – Filter by one or more teams. The "Include child teams" toggle (on by default) ensures child teams are included when filtering by a parent team.

circle-info

Domain and Team filters work for entities that belong to the selected domains or teams. If your Scorecard includes domain/team entities as their primary entity type, use the Entity Type filter to filter for a specific domain/team instead.

Understanding scores

Each Scorecard appears as a column showing score percentages. Entities earn points by passing rules, with each rule weighted based on significance. The score percentage reflects total points earned divided by the total possible points.

When viewing individual entity rows, each Scorecard column displays that entity's score percentage. When rows are aggregated (by team, domain, etc.), points are summed across all entities in that group to calculate the aggregate score percentage for each Scorecard.

The total score across all selected Scorecards is calculated by summing points earned across all Scorecards and dividing by the total possible points across all Scorecards.

Switch between legacy and new views
